About Our Company
Heavy Fabrication for India's Core Industries
Uni Profiles Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in 2009, runs a steel and alloy-steel fabrication works at Rajgangpur, Odisha, 40 km from Rourkela. We make heavy steel equipment and boiler auxiliary structures for BHEL, SAIL, Thermax, L&T, Tata Projects and other leading engineering companies, with an annual capacity of 6,000 MT.
Our Facility ↗6,000 MT a year across two 17 × 96 m bays, served by 2 × 20 MT EOT cranes, a 600 MT hydraulic press and a full H-beam line.
ISO 9001:2015 certified. Stage inspection from material inward to dispatch, with certified NDT and blasting-painting inspectors on our team.
Five acres off SH-10 at Rajgangpur, Sundargarh district: 40 km from Rourkela and 70 km from Jharsuguda airport, with open-yard trailer loading.

Both bays run 96 metres end to end under 20 MT cranes, so stack shells and girders move from cutting bed to paint booth without leaving the hook. We keep adding machines as orders demand.
